As a Social Media Marketing Executive at our company, your role will involve developing, implementing, and managing innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. You will be responsible for designing highly converting ads to attract the target audience and analyzing social media performance metrics to provide actionable insights. Managing paid social media campaigns and optimizing them for ROI will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Canva for creating highly converting ads. - Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), including campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and creativity. In addition, preferred qualifications include experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
