We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager who can design, manage, and grow our social media presence. The candidate must be capable of creating attractive designs, managing multiple pages, posting content regularly, running boosted posts, and generating leads for WabaForYou.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Design creative posts, stories, reels, and promotional content
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Upload content regularly across all platforms
• Manage social media engagement (comments, messages, responses)
• Run boosted posts and paid campaigns
• Generate high-quality leads for WabaForYou
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports
• Maintain brand consistency and improve page reach organically

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Social Media Management
• Good knowledge of design tools (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator)
• Ability to create high-quality creatives and video content
• Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram promotion
• Knowledge of lead-generation strategies
• Good communication skills and creative thinking
• Ability to handle multiple social media pages independently

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,113.22 - ₹19,425.08 per month
