Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our internal company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role requires strong expertise in campaign management, content creation, digital marketing, market research, performance tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms including social media, email, and blogs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for branding and promotional activities.
  • Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Coordinate multiple projects with a focus on timely execution and measurable results.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in marketing strategies and processes.

Essential Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Project management capabilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creativity and innovation in content development and campaign execution.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and evolving marketing trends.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to digital and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in campaign management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media platforms, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience in budget management and performance tracking is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,452.27 - ₹25,810.03 per month
