We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Associate → Full-Time Role!

We’re looking for a long-term teammate for EWAN who loves creating reels, graphics, and keeping up with social media trends, turn that energy into a real career move!

What you’ll do:

• Make reels, posts, stories, graphics & promo content
• Manage & schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Research trends & implement strategies to boost engagement
• Chat with our audience: DMs, comments, online communities
• Track metrics & create performance reports
• Create professional business proposals and a range of branded collateral materials.

What we’re looking for:

• Passion for social media & digital marketing
• Crazy knowledge of social media platform like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn + Canva, CapCut & latest content creation tools
• Creative, detail-oriented & ready to hustle solo or in a team
• Bonus: analytics/reporting tools experience
• Must work from Pune office
