• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Upload reels/posts on Instagram & Facebook, create engaging content, manage ads, track performance, and schedule broadcast messages via WhatsApp.
• Lead Generation & Sales Support: Using Excel to make/attend cold calls, follow up with prospects, maintain lead database, analyze lead conversions, and scrape potential customer data from the web.
• Technical & Admin Support: Update product pricelists, maintain CRM and inventory availability databases, configure simple automation tools, and assist with basic programming tasks.
• Creative Tasks: Take basic product photos, edit images using AI tools, and stay updated with online tutorials to upskill when required
A Candidate who is good at Communicating in at least 3 languages.
A Candidate with specific experience in Instagram Marketing will be prefered.
A Good working knowledge in MS Excel, along with ability with creating and editing Macros to automate Excel tasks using a bit of programing.
A candidate with basic understanding of LAN Network Management will be given preference.
