Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across LinkedIn and other platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Focus on LinkedIn marketing and sales activities – including profile optimization, lead generation, and engagement with prospects.
• Support in sales by identifying potential leads and nurturing connections through LinkedIn outreach.
• Create engaging and professional posts, creatives, and captions aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts or campaigns.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
