Moksha Media is a creative production and digital marketing agency that blends storytelling, design, and strategy to help brands scale digitally.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer who is passionate about digital storytelling and understands the evolving power of AI in content creation. You will work with our marketing team to brainstorm, create, and execute engaging campaigns that drive audience growth and brand awareness across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Use AI tools for content ideation, graphic design, and performance tracking (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Buffer AI).
• Monitor social media trends, engagement analytics, and audience feedback to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and creativity in messaging.
• Assist in developing monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Track and report social media metrics, preparing regular performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Around 1 year of professional experience in social media marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and basic prompt writing.
• Strong understanding of content creation techniques — video, reels, static posts, and storytelling captions.
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

• Awareness of emerging trends in AI-driven marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO and paid promotions.
• Creativity with attention to visual aesthetics and brand tone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
