Role: Retention Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a creative and analytical retention marketer who can join immediately and help fashion brands build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing campaigns for fashion brands
Design and implement customer retention strategies to improve AOV, LTV, and repeat purchases
Work with design/creative team to create engaging campaign content
Analyze campaign results and optimize flows for better conversions
Collaborate with performance marketing team to align retention with paid campaigns
Requirements
✅ Strong creative thinking & content ideation skills
✅ Fluency in English (written & spoken)
✅ Knowledge of tools likeBitespeed,Zoko, Ai sency, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, WhatsApp APIs, or similar platforms
✅ Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus
✅ Immediate joiner, willing to work from office in Gurgaon
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
