The Role

Social Media Manager

You'll lead Celestial's digital voicestrategizing, creating, and executing content that embodies serenity, sophistication, and experiential depth.

You'll collaborate with our digital marketing partners, PR agencies, and internal teams to ensure every online touchpoint reflects the grandeur and soul of the Celestial brand.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Strategy

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Celestial's pillars: Luxury, Wellbeing, Immersion.
• Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all digital platforms.
• Create monthly content calendars balancing aspirational storytelling, brand promotions, and wellness education.
• Uphold luxury-grade visual identity and tone in every post and campaign.
  

Content Creation & Design

• Write compelling captions, campaign copy, and ad creatives for social media and email marketing.
• Design high-end visuals, brochures, and collaterals using

  Adobe Creative Suite

• Edit short-form videos and reels that showcase Celestial's experiencesfrom spa rituals to destination weddings.
• Curate guest stories, influencer content, and UGC for authentic engagement.
  

Campaigns & Event Coverage

• Coordinate with PR and event partners to amplify offline experiences (launches, retreats, weddings, festivals).
• Document and convert events into digital storytelling moments.
• Manage influencer collaborations, press visits, and seasonal campaigns tied to travel and festive calendars.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze engagement, reach, and conversion data across all platforms.
• Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor luxury hospitality trends and competitor activity to guide creative direction.
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise between Celestial's internal team, digital agency, and PR partners for seamless campaign execution.
• Review and approve content for brand consistency.
• Align social campaigns with bookings, events, and revenue goals.
  

What You Bring

Qualifications

• 35 years experience in

  social media marketing

  for hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or premium travel brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end content and brand storytelling.
  

Skills

• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in
