You will play a crucial role as a Social Media Marketing Executive in our organization, where we aim to make a significant impact through digital media. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube while achieving measurable results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage content creation, planning, and publishing on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. - Run and optimize paid campaigns using Ads Manager and other relevant tools. - Develop content calendars and create engaging posts, reels, and videos following the latest trends. - Foster and maintain online communities through consistent audience engagement. - Monitor performance using analytics tools and generate reports with improvement strategies. - Keep abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. - Collaborate with design and video teams to produce visually appealing content. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube marketing. - Proficient in organic growth strategies and paid ads. - Content writing skills with basic graphic/video editing knowledge (preferred). - Familiarity with hashtags, keywords, and trending topics. - Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a results-driven mindset. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively. **Preferred Qualities:** - Background in NGO, political campaigns, or spiritual content. - Understanding of influencer collaboration and PR management. - Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and broader social media marketing strategies.
