Social Media Manager We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across all platforms. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing content creation, fostering engagement with our audience, and measuring campaign performance to drive brand awareness and growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and prepare monthly reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing team. Manage influencer and partnership collaborations where applicable. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Experience with paid advertising and campaign performance tracking. Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into effective content. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or broader digital marketing strategies. Experience working with influencers or managing online communities.
