Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Trend Analysis:

• Analyze social media trends across platforms.
• Propose innovative ideas to drive engagement and help brands achieve their objectives.

2. Competition Study & Analysis:

• Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand industry benchmarks.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate the brand and capitalize on market trends.

3. Social Listening & Reputation Management:

• Monitor brand mentions, comments, and messages across all platforms.
• Respond promptly to build a positive brand image and foster strong customer relationships.

4. Content Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive social media calendars for all clients.
• Collaborate with design planning and servicing teams to ensure timely scheduling and posting of creatives.

5. Boosting & Paid Promotions:

• Plan and execute post-boosting strategies to achieve maximum engagement.
• Optimize budgets for targeted audience reach and measurable results.

6. Organic Growth & Engagement:

• Develop strategies to garner organic reach and engagement across platforms.
• Encourage community growth and foster meaningful interactions with audiences.

7. Reporting & Analytics:

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for all accounts.
• Provide actionable insights based on data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for trends and patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Familiarity with boosting campaigns and basic ad targeting principles.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
