Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Regularly post job advertisements and recruitment updates
Design and create posters, graphics, and promotional materials (using tools like Canva/Photoshop)
Develop and execute creative content strategies to boost engagement and visibility
Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
Stay updated on social media trends and apply them effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop or similar tools)
Good communication skills in English
Creative mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setup
