Roles and Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn,
X/Twitter) and advertising campaigns.
? Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram and YouTube.
? Coordinate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with influencers for brand collaborations.
? Write engaging scripts, captions, and copy for posts, videos, and ad creatives.
? Ideate and execute social media launch campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
? Stay updated with social media trends and integrate them into content strategy.
? Support the execution of brand collaborations and partnerships.
? Ensure brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics are consistent across platforms.
Requirements:
? 3+ years of relevant experience in social media management/content creation.
? Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube,
etc.).
? Good communication skills for engaging with audiences and influencer negotiations.
? Good on-camera presence and comfort creating video content.
? Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools is a plus.
? Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.
