Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, your role involves being able to generate creative ideas independently, possessing good knowledge of professional cameras and photo/video editing, and creating engaging feeds, posts, and reels. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity - Creating online and social media content to support marketing campaigns - Developing multimedia packages for business growth - Managing social media channels and keeping up to date with trends - Handling website content management - Working under pressure to meet deadlines efficiently - Designing visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and advertisements - Managing monthly content calendars - Monitoring analytics and suggesting growth improvements - Collaborating with management to maintain consistent brand identity - Basic photo and video editing for marketing content - Responding to comments, messages, and maintaining online engagement Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro - Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies - Creative storytelling and copywriting skills - Good communication and time management abilities - Photography/videography skills are an added advantage The company is looking for a Full-time Social Media Manager who is willing to work in person at Kottayam, Kerala. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience in social media management. Proficiency in English is required for this role.,
