Social Media Manager

We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our brand by building a social media presence. The social media manager will be required to have knowledge about wellness segment and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content.

You should also look after basic SEO, find and engage with influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.

Regulalrly monitor the brand reach and quality of contents and work to improve from time to time.

Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

Research and find relevant influencers. engage with them for collboration.

Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

Overseeing customer service provided via social media.

Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

Need to optimise website for basic changes.

Post video contents and promote them for maximum reach.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of Social media marketing experience with d2c brands.

Thorugh knowledge on instagram algorithms.

Good knowledge in canva or similar tools.

Experience in SEO.

Experience developing social media strategies.

Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.

Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

Proven ability to build social media communities.

Understanding of graphic design principles.

Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.

Ability to measure the success of campaigns.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to speak Hindi and English

Should be flexible enough to travel inside city and ready to take up additional load.

Must have own laptop.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: depends on experience

Schedule:

Full time - 9 to 6 ( 6 days a week)

Hybrid work model ( remote working option, need to work with the founder once or twice a week)

location - Haralur road, HSR Layout, Bangalore.
