Job Description

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to elevate brand visibility, attract traffic, and
foster lead generation.
  • Curate and schedule compelling content across various social media platforms, tailored to
resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates and
conversion metrics, to gauge the impact of social media campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance and provide insights to refine
strategies and achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that social media efforts align with
overarching marketing objectives.
  • Lead the social media wing by providing direction, guidance, and motivation to ensure team
members perform effectively.
  • Monitor the daily activities of the social media wing and support team members in
overcoming challenges and improving performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
