🎯 We’re Hiring: Brand Strategist / Social Media Manager (Social-First)

📍 Mumbai (On-Site Preferred) | 🕐 Full-Time | 💼 1–3 Years Experience Preferred

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social media—someone who can think big, create sharp content calendars, design stories that actually convert, and show up on set when it’s time to bring the brand to life.

You’ll be the bridge between strategy, creativity, and execution—ideating across formats, helping with performance creatives, managing posts, and being the voice behind the brand.

What You’ll Be Doing🔹 Owning monthly content calendars & posting across client accounts

🔹 Collaborating with designers, and editors on content production

🔹 Planning and attending client shoots (photo/video), ensuring on-ground execution matches brand tone

🔹 Writing scripts for Ad Shoots / Social Media Shoot

🔹 Engaging in ORM (comments, DMs, replies) and community building

🔹 Briefing performance teams on creative requirements & trends

🔹 Making quick, clean creatives via Canva when needed (especially stories, carousels, statics)

🔹 Designing stories and other in-app formats with aesthetic & strategy in mind

🔹 Keeping tabs on trends, brand voice, and visual identity for each account

What We’re Looking For✔ Strong knowledge of Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and content formats

✔ Basic performance marketing sense—what works, what doesn’t, what to test

✔ Good visual eye + basic Canva and story design chops

✔ Confident communicator who can lead client conversations and provide direction on shoots

✔ Comfortable juggling multiple brands in fast-paced settings

✔ Copywriting skills clear, catchy, platform-first writing

✔ Self-starter with ideas, ownership, and a love for aesthetic-led storytelling

✔ 1–3 years of experience in social media/agency/brand marketing preferred, but raw talent + social fluency > just years on paper
