About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in Mohali. If you love creating content, managing brand presence, and understanding what makes audiences engage - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop monthly content calendars
• Manage social media campaigns, reels, and post scheduling
• Monitor insights & analytics to improve performance
• Engage with audience: replies, comments, community building
• Coordinate with design, marketing & leadership teams
• Stay updated with social media trends & best practices

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Social Media Management
• Strong creativity & copywriting skills
• Understanding of trends, analytics, and brand communication
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
