Location: SuratType: Full-Time | In-OfficeExperience: Minimum 3 monthsAbout the Role:We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands content, trends, and strategy — not just posting. Someone who can think creatively, plan smartly, and execute consistently across platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Plan and execute monthly social media strategies for multiple clients• Ideate reel concepts, hooks, captions & content flows• Manage posting calendars for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn• Coordinate with designers, editors & internal teams• Monitor performance, insights & optimise content accordingly• Stay updated with trends while aligning them with brand goalsRequirements• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn• Good command over copywriting (English + Hindi preferred)• Ability to think in ideas, hooks & storytelling• Organised, proactive & detail-oriented• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience• Agency experience is a plusWhat We Offer:• Creative exposure across multiple brands & industries• Fast-paced agency environment• Growth-oriented work culture• Opportunity to build impactful brand stories
