Social Media Manager – Full-Time | On-Site Only

MediaOfficers is looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Manager who can manage content, creatives, posting schedules, engagement, and growth strategies across multiple platforms.
If you understand trends, know how to create viral content, and can grow brands online we want you!

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas.
• Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives.
• Manage posting schedules across multiple accounts.
• Monitor insights, performance, and analytics to improve reach & engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and maintain brand voice.
• Stay updated with viral trends and social media algorithms.

Requirements

• Experience in handling brand social media pages (1–2 years preferred, but freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
• Good communication & creativity skills.
• Must be available for full-time on-site work in Ropar.
