This role is ideal for someone who excels at storytelling, community building, and content creation, and who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for growing our online audience, driving engagement, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives. Manage daily content and interactions across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube. Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging, on-brand content such as posts, videos, graphics, and stories. Maintain and manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and publishing timelines. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and optimize strategy based on performance insights. Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices. Partner with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to expand reach and boost brand awareness. Coordinate with the paid media team to support and manage social media advertising campaigns. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 48 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proven ability to grow social media channels, build engaged communities, and increase brand awareness. Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. In-depth understanding of platform-specific best practices and content formats. Strong copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills. Data-driven with the ability to analyze and act on social performance metrics. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand voice and consistency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in content creation, including photography, video, and Instagram Reels/TikToks. Familiarity with social advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads. Experience in influencer marketing or community collaboration is a plus.
