Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Brigade Signature towers, katamanaluuru Gate, Budigere cross, old madras rd, Bangalore 560049 (Preferred: KR Puram / Whitefield / Hoskote) Experience Required: 3 to 5 years Salary: 5,00,000 7,00,000 per annum (based on performance in interview) Language Advantage: Kannada-speaking candidates preferred Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Social Media Manager who is an expert in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation . The ideal candidate should be able to work independently , handle multiple platforms (especially Meta), and bring fresh ideas to strengthen our brand and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Run paid campaigns and ad strategies focused on lead generation and ROI. Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels and adapt content to suit different platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and competitor strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to align social strategies with business goals. Create engaging, innovative, and original content tailored to our target audience. Develop marketing funnels that convert leads into customers. Optimize social media profiles and campaigns to increase visibility and engagement. Communicate in Kannada with local audiences when required for better reach and engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing. Proven track record in lead generation using Meta platforms. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of marketing funnels and digital conversion techniques. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc. Fluency in Kannada is a plus and will be preferred for better local engagement. Preferred Candidates: Residing in or near KR Puram , Whitefield , or Hoskote . Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
