Job Description

Content Strategy & Execution:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms aligned with Duroflex's brand voice and campaigns.
Community Management:
Monitor and respond to followers, comments, and messages promptly, creating a responsive and engaged brand persona.
Performance Analytics:
Track KPIs like engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions. Use insights to continuously improve content performance.
Campaign Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, brand, and media teams to run integrated campaigns from new launches to festive storytelling.
Trend Spotting:
Stay updated with platform changes, new formats, trending topics, and viral content — and leverage them creatively for Duroflex.
Influencer Coordination:
Collaborate with influencers and creators who align with our wellness and lifestyle values.
Brand Building:
Ensure consistent brand tonality and aesthetic across all content in line with Duroflex’s premium identity.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong grasp of content creation and social media platforms (especially Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube).
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and design aesthetics.
Prior experience in a consumer brand or agency (bonus if in lifestyle, wellness, or D2C).
Data-savvy with a working knowledge of tools like Meta Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva or similar platforms.
