Social Media Manager (Content Creation, Customer Handling & Video Editing)

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who can handle our business’s social media presence end-to-end. From planning and creating content to engaging with audiences, handling customer queries, and editing high-quality video ads — you’ll play a key role in building and growing our brand online.

This role is not just about posting content — you will also be directly responsible for customer handling on Instagram and video editing for reels, ads, and stories.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Fully manage all social media accounts (primarily Instagram, Whatsapp, also Facebook and others).
• Create and publish engaging reels, posts, stories, and highlights.
• Edit and deliver high-quality video ads and reels aligned with brand requirements.
• Develop and manage a daily/weekly content calendar.
• Handle all customer interactions on Instagram (DMs, comments, and calls), Whatsapp with professionalism.
• Manage client queries promptly and maintain a positive brand image.
• Create growth strategies to increase reach, followers, and engagement.
• Track and prepare performance reports (reach, engagement, leads, growth).
• Collaborate with the founder/team on ad campaigns and new content ideas.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of social media management (especially Instagram growth strategies).
• Proven experience in creating and editing reels/short-form video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Excellent customer handling & communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Ability to respond quickly and professionally to queries and calls.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and engaging storytelling.
• Knowledge of ad creation & optimization (a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
