Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media plan across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Create engaging content calendars aligning with brand campaigns, occasions, and seasonal opportunities Manage day-to-day social media operations including content creation, scheduling, and community management Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop visual content that maintains brand consistency Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement Collaborate with inuencers, manage inuencer marketing campaigns and create briefs Coordination with external partners/agencies Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates Required Skills & Experience 3-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in retail/e-commerce Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns Excellent copywriting skills with perfect English language prociency Procient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar) Experience with social media analytics and reporting Basic photo/video editing skills Understanding of paid social media advertising Desired Qualities: Strong aesthetic sense Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative content ideas Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons Good understanding of social commerce and latest platform features
