Key Responsibilities: Overhaul and manage Boldfit's social media presence to grow its authority and following, making it Indias go-to fitness brand. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth. Plan and implement collaboration posts and campaigns with KL Rahul, Janhvi Kapoor, and team partnerships like RCB, CSK, MI. Leverage Boldfits influencer strategy to engage a loyal fitness community and expand brand influence. Manage the social media budget, ensuring effective use of resources for maximum impact. Lead the creation of high-quality content, including videos, photos, and copy, often handling production and editing yourself when necessary. Build and manage a team to handle influencer partnerships, social media initiatives, and content creation. Stay on top of fitness and sports trends to create timely, relevant, and engaging content. Present a long-term growth plan focused on achieving Boldfits social media dominance in the next 2-3 years. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with prior experience in a fitness or D2C company. Proven track record of growing social media platforms and driving engagement. Self-driven, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects independently without relying too much on team members. Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, social media trends, and platform algorithms. Excellent content creation skills, including photography, videography, and copywriting. Experience managing high-budget social media campaigns. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborations simultaneously. Passion for fitness and sports, with a creative mindset. Team leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale a team.
