You will be a Social Media Intern (Independent Music) at MARS Event & Artist Management, responsible for managing social media, creating content, and communicating effectively. This hybrid role allows for remote work flexibility. Responsibilities: - Post videos and event highlights, tagging artists and partners. - Monitor comments, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active online presence. - Stay updated on social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies. - Interact with followers to foster a sense of community. - Build partnerships with local and international Pop culture communities and artists. - Analyze social media metrics to improve engagement and audience growth. - Stay informed about Music industry trends to keep content relevant. - Collaborate with Management to align the community's voice with broader goals. Requirements: - Passion for hip-hop culture, Indie music, and community building. - Experience in using social media, especially Instagram. - Strong writing skills for captions and engaging content. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. - Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark. - Knowledge of basic video editing apps. - Awareness of Music industry trends and artists. - Curiosity to learn, communicate, and grow. - Graduation students can also apply.
