Role & responsibilities

Content Creation:

Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook,

Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). This may include writing captions, creating images, and

producing short videos.

Posting and Scheduling:

Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency and timely updates.

Monitoring and Engagement:

Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant discussions, and customer

feedback, responding professionally and promptly.

Analysis:

Analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, traffic) to assess

campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Research and Trend Spotting:

Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities.

Collaboration:

Work with other marketing team members (e.g., designers, content creators) to ensure

cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

Campaign Support:

Help with planning, executing, and tracking social media campaigns.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers and clients on social media platforms, providing service and support.
