Social Media Expert

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The role involves content creation, audience engagement, brand building, and performance analysis to support business and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, banners, and captions
• Plan and execute social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond professionally and promptly
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, events, and announcements
• Run and monitor paid social media campaigns (if required)
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Ensure brand tone, consistency, and compliance across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong content writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop preferred)
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling corporate or brand accounts
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics
• Experience with paid ads and campaign optimization
• Familiarity with video editing tools is an added advantage
