Job Description

We're looking for acreative, analytical, and quick-thinking Social Media Executiveto join our team and elevate our digital presence. If you can turn ideas into engaging posts and reels, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.
Plan and maintain a detailed monthly social media content calendarto ensure consistent and strategic posting.
Create post design ideas and write scripts for reelstailored to university branding.
Generate creative content ideas, copy, and campaigns for every platform.
Track, analyse, and report performance metrics to optimize results.
Collaborate with design, photography/videography, and marketing teams to maintain a unified brand voice.

Qualifications

12 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and tools.
Proven ability tocreate month-wise content calendars with post design and reel concepts.
Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) andgood content writing skills are a big plus.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
A knack for understanding what engages students and campus communities.
