Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, especially reels and short-form videos, and have a strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and brand building.

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidate, confident & presentable on camera
• Energetic, good personality with a flair for storytelling
• Skilled in vlogging & mobile video editing apps (Reels, Shorts style)
• Strong skills in video creation and editing (Reels, Shorts content).
• Fluent in Bengali, English & Hindi
• Creative mindset with consistency in content creation
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Knowledge of influencer collaboration and partnerships.

• Job Location: Beside Belgharia Station Platform No. 4 Ticket Counter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot & appear in engaging education, vlog & brand content
• Videos Editing Skills
• Brainstorm creative ideas for daily/weekly content
• Work closely with the creative team to grow our digital presence
• Develop and execute a social media content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality reels, videos, stories, and posts.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy to maximize reach and engagement.
• Manage daily posting schedules, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow the community.
