We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Social Media Executive to help us enhance the online presence of MRAI and interact with our continuously growing community.

About this Role:

As our Social Media Executive, you will be the driving force behind MRAI's digital communication. You'll manage and create engaging content, track performance metrics, and lead innovative campaigns that promote MRAI's initiatives, events, and membership programs. This is a full-time position based in Chakala, Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Develop and schedule engaging social media posts across all platforms.
• Community Engagement: Engage with the audience by responding to comments and interacting with followers in a way that builds relationships and improves brand presence.
• Campaign Development: Design and execute campaigns for MRAI Membership, Events, and Magazine Advertisements.
• Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of social media trends, hashtags, and analytics to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
• Performance Reporting: Track social media metrics and ROI, providing monthly reports to senior staff.
• Brand Awareness: Strategy for increasing audience reach while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team and other departments to ensure cohesive communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years managing social media accounts or in a similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong in media planning, content writing, and communication.
• Proficient in social media marketing and optimization (SMO).
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and trends.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Preferrable)
• Attributes:
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
