Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and YouTube.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics related to social platforms.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
Track and report on social media analytics, campaign performance, and KPIs.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews or feedback.
Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and social media analytics tools.
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Basic understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and Google Analytics.
Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹8,618.47 - ₹34,309.39 per month
