We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented social media & Creative Content Specialist to elevate our brand presence across social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram. This role is perfect for someone with strong photo editing skills, a passion for visual storytelling, and a deep understanding of hospitality branding. Key Responsibilities: Creative Content Creation & Visual Storytelling Develop and execute visually captivating content for Instagram, including high-quality photos, engaging reels, stories, and live sessions that showcase our hotel, restaurants, and guest experiences. Use Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools to enhance images, ensuring a luxurious and inviting aesthetic. Capture and edit on-site photos and videos of hotel ambiance, rooms, dining experiences, events, and services to attract potential guests. Conceptualize creative campaigns around seasonal offers, promotions, and special events to drive bookings and engagement. Social Media Management & Engagement Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence. Manage Instagram DMs, comments, and guest inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses to enhance guest relationships. Actively engage with guests, influencers, and travel communities to increase brand loyalty and visibility. Implement Instagram growth strategies, including hashtag research, trending content, and community engagement. Hospitality Brand Marketing & Sales Support Highlight guest experiences, hotel amenities, dining specials, and unique offerings to attract and retain customers. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote special packages, staycation deals, and dining promotions. Track and manage social media-driven bookings, guest inquiries, and promotional campaign results. Campaigns, Collaborations & Influencer Marketing Develop innovative campaign ideas to position the hotel as a premium hospitality destination. Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and content creators to expand brand reach. Organize and promote UGC (user-generated content) campaigns, encouraging guests to share their experiences. Additional Marketing Support Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and direct guest communication. Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements based on engagement insights. Stay up-to-date with hospitality and travel trends, integrating them into content strategies. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or other graphic design tools for professional-quality content creation. Experience in social media marketing, hospitality branding, or content creation (internship or professional). Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) to engage with international clientele. A keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to create visually appealing and on-brand content. Familiarity with Instagram marketing tools, trends, and analytics to drive engagement and bookings. Photography & videography skills (preferred but not mandatory).
