Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  social media content strategies

  LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)

• Plan and ideate

  content calendars

  in alignment with marketing campaigns, seasonal trends, and brand goals.
• Research and implement

  trending hashtags, content formats, and engagement tactics

  to boost visibility and reach.
• Manage and grow

  community interactions

  on platforms like

  Reddit, Quora, Tumblr

  , and relevant design/marketing forums.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create

  visually engaging posts, carousels, reels, and short-form videos.

• Monitor daily performance metrics and analyze insights to

  optimize engagement and follower growth.

• Conduct

  competitive analysis

  to identify best practices and improve our digital brand presence.
• Work closely with the SEO team to align

  social content with keyword and AEO strategies.

• Assist in

  LinkedIn brand building and personal branding

  campaigns for company leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  23 years in Social Media Marketing (agency or in-house).
• Proven experience in

  LinkedIn

  management.
• Good understanding of

  (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion dashboards).

• Basic SEO knowledge

• Strong skills in

  hashtag research, content ideation

  , and storytelling.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  
• Creativity in conceptualizing campaigns that align with
