Job Description

We're looking for a Social Media Executive who can own our social media presence, onboard influencers, and execute creative campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Influencer Onboarding & Collaboration

Identify, approach, and onboard relevant influencers for brand promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure long-term collaboration.
Negotiate deals, finalize deliverables, and ensure smooth campaign execution.

✅ Social Media Management

Manage and grow brand presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Plan, schedule, and post engaging content to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep the brand relevant and trendy.

✅ Campaign Execution & Reporting

Assist in creating influencer campaign strategies to drive awareness and conversions.
Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Suggest creative ideas to improve content quality and brand engagement.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 months in influencer marketing or social media management.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media trends.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
