Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands brand communication and can capture the pulse of an education-focused brand. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and covering on-ground campus events at NIMS University, Jaipur.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Build and execute social media strategies through research, benchmarking, platform selection, and audience identification
• Create, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, videos) across social media platforms
• Capture and cover campus events, activities, and initiatives in real time
• Build and manage online communities by encouraging engagement and interaction
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content in line with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage online reputation and communication
• Identify content gaps and suggest new topics and content ideas
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, visuals, and messaging across platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2–3 years in social media management
• Basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong creativity and content curation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-campus environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
