Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive / Social Media Optimizer with at least 1 year of professional experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Create and publish engaging and relevant content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including daily monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Analyze and report on the success of social media campaigns, using metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and reach to continually improve and refine strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, optimization, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of running and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
• Strong writing, communication, and creativity skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

Notice Period: Immediate/ 15 Days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
