Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive with up to one year of experience. The ideal candidate will be a social media native, excellent at identifying new trends, and skilled in creating compelling content that will grow our audience and engage our community.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media content calendars and strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each social media channel.
• Trend & Research: Continuously monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and new platform features to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Campaign Support: Assist the team with the social media components of influencer campaigns.

Requirements:

• A maximum of 1 year of professional experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong understanding of current social media platforms and their unique content requirements.
• Demonstrable ability to find and capitalize on new trends.
• Creativity and a passion for creating engaging, shareable content.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
