Social Media Executive

Job Title: SMO Executive International US/Canada

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute effective social media strategies tailored to US and Canadian audiences across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Optimize social media profiles to improve visibility, discoverability, and audience engagement.

· Plan, create, and manage high-quality, engaging multimedia content (text, graphics, video, reels, etc.) that aligns with brand tone and goals.

· Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a loyal and interactive community.

· Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and third-party platforms to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

· Conduct competitor and industry trend analysis to identify content opportunities and inform strategy.

· Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and digital marketers to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and goals.

· Plan and execute organic campaigns, contests, influencer partnerships, and community-building activities to increase brand reach and engagement in US/Canada.

· Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rate, traffic, and ROI, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management and optimization, preferably with international or North American markets.

· Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices.

· Knowledge of SEO principles and how social content supports broader digital marketing objectives.

· Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms.

· Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills with a flair for creating culturally relevant content.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
