Job Description

Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Develop and maintain a
content calendar
to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer/Partner Marketing, Design, and Content teams) to align messaging and campaigns.
Drive
social listening
, actively monitoring and engaging with relevant conversations.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution

Work closely with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Plan and execute
social media campaigns
to drive engagement and event attendance.
Leverage
trending topics and industry news
to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Develop and execute
creative brand campaigns
across channels.
Design and implement
demand generation campaigns
using gated content.

Research & Competitive Analysis

Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Use social media for competitor and industry analysis.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track and analyze
key performance metrics
(engagement, audience growth, campaign effectiveness).
Provide
data-driven insights
to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications

1-3 years of hands-on experience in
social media management
