Position: Social Media & Community Marketing Executive

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (experience in EdTech is desirable)

Location:
Chevayur, Kozhikode (On-site)

Employment Type:
Full-time

Salary:
₹17,000 – ₹30,000+ per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday(Second Saturday & Sunday off)09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and short-form videos
• Monitor trends, engagement, and platform insights
• Manage online communities across platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, forums, etc.)
• Engage with community members, respond to queries, and moderate discussions
• Build and nurture student, parent, and educator communities
• Coordinate community campaigns, events, and engagement activities
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and academic teams

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in social media and/or community marketing
• Strong understanding of social platforms and community-building strategies
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva; video editing is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative skills
