Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan and create engaging social media content (posts, captions, graphics using Canva or similar tools). Maintain a posting schedule/calendar to ensure consistent activity on LinkedIn, Instagram, Whatsapp and other platforms. Conduct direct outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, Whatsapp and other channels to generate qualified leads. Draft and send follow-up messages/emails to potential clients to convert them into customers. Perform cold calling to prospects when required to explain services and close deals. Research potential clients and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Maintain a lead and conversion tracking sheet, and share regular reports with management.
