What You'll Do:

As our Social Media & Content Strategist, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand's voice and reach. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and Executing Strategy:

  Crafting and implementing comprehensive social media, content, PR, and overall marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.

• Content Creation & Curation:

  Leading the development of engaging, high-quality content across various platforms (social media posts, blog articles, website copy, press releases, case studies, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.

• Social Media Management:

  Overseeing all social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, performance monitoring, and audience growth strategies.

• PR & Media Relations:

  Building and nurturing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to secure positive coverage and enhance our public image.

• Marketing Campaign Management:

  Planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.

• Brand Building:

  Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication touchpoints.

• Performance Analysis:

  Monitoring and analyzing the performance of all social media, content, and marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Market Research:

  Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Working closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall company goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 6-7 years of progressive experience

  in social media, content creation, PR, and marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on strategy and execution.

• Proven experience working in a startup environment

  , demonstrating the ability to build functions and strategies from scratch with limited resources.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.

• Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media channels

  and developing engaging content that drives results.

• Strong understanding of PR principles

  and a track record of securing media placements.

• Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts

  including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.

• Proficiency with social media management tools

• Ability to think strategically

• Highly organized, self-motivated
