The "Proactive" Requirement:

• We don't want to tell you: "Post a reel about time management."
• We want YOU to tell us: "Sir, Pre is 3 months away, let’s run a series on High Yield Topics this week."

What You Will Do:

• Content Strategy:

  Plan the weekly calendar based on the UPSC exam cycle (Prelims vs Mains season).

• Reels & Shorts:

  Create high-impact scripts that hook aspirants instantly.
• If you are camera-shy: You write the script & edit the video (we will provide the raw footage/voiceover).
• If you are camera-confident: You become the face of the brand (Huge Plus!).

• Community Engagement:

  Reply to comments and DMs on Instagram/Telegram with the empathy of a fellow aspirant.

Who You Are:

• UPSC Knowledge:

  You have either prepared for UPSC or worked in the Civil Services EdTech space. You understand the syllabus and the stress of the exam.

• Marketing Mindset:

  You know how to sell a product without being "salesy."

• Video Editing Skills:

  You are fast with VN, CapCut, or InShot.

• Self-Starter:

  You don't wait for instructions. You execute.

Stipend & Details:

• Pay:

  ₹10,000 / Month (Fixed).

• Location:

  Remote.

• Type:

  Full-time Internship (Dedicated hours required).
