Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management:

• Develop and execute a content calendar for key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Create engaging content including posts, carousels, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), and stories.
• Write compelling copy and scripts that resonate with our audience of students, recent graduates, and career changers.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to maximize reach and engagement.

• Community Growth & Engagement:

• Actively work to grow our follower base across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with relevant accounts, communities, and influencers to increase brand visibility.

• Research & Strategy:

• Research and identify trending topics, news, and discussions related to the job market, career development, and recruitment.
• Analyze social media performance and provide insights for strategy refinement.
• Monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities for PrepAlign.

Requirements:

• Ability to work 5 hours per day.
• Proven experience in social media management (through personal or professional projects).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing apps).
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
