Job Summary: As our first Social Media Marketing Intern, you will be the voice of PrepAlign across all our digital channels. You will be responsible for creating and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engages our target audience, and grows our follower base. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and helping others succeed in their careers. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: Develop and execute a content calendar for key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Create engaging content including posts, carousels, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), and stories. Write compelling copy and scripts that resonate with our audience of students, recent graduates, and career changers. Maintain a consistent posting schedule to maximize reach and engagement. Community Growth & Engagement: Actively work to grow our follower base across all platforms. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Engage with relevant accounts, communities, and influencers to increase brand visibility. ? Research & Strategy: Research and identify trending topics, news, and discussions related to the job market, career development, and recruitment. Analyze social media performance and provide insights for strategy refinement. Monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities for PrepAlign. Requirements: Ability to work 5 hours per day. Proven experience in social media management (through personal or professional projects). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual storytelling. Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing apps). Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
