Job Description (JD):

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms. The role involves developing original content, staying updated with trends, and growing audience engagement while maintaining brand voice and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos, captions)
• Plan and schedule content using content calendars
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.)
• Research trends, hashtags, and audience preferences
• Edit photos and videos for social media platforms
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Analyze performance using insights and analytics tools
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, or brands when required

Qualifications:

• diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in content creation or social media management preferred
• Portfolio or social media page showcasing content work (recommended)

Skills Required:

• Strong creativity and storytelling skills
• Good written communication and caption-writing ability
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
• Time management and consistency in posting
• Ability to analyze insights and improve content performance
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new platforms and tools

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategy
• Experience with brand collaborations or influencer marketing
• Basic photography and videography skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
