Job Description

Over The Top Explorer LLP is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator who can produce engaging reels/videos and actively interact with customers to collect valuable feedback. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Plan, shoot, and edit reels showcasing brand activities, services, and customer experiences
• Interact with customers online and offline to gather feedback and insights
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner
• Track engagement metrics and suggest ideas to improve reach and interaction
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and content formats

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook content, and short video trends
• Basic video shooting and editing skills (mobile editing tools acceptable)
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of audience engagement and feedback analysis
• Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and content scheduling
